Check in time at Resort is 12 noon & check out time is 08:00 am. The guests arriving prior to their check-in time are welcome and can relax at the reception area or at the open areas of the resort or can catch a meal at the restaurant until your room is ready on direct payment basis.
Early check-ins & late check-outs is subject to availability of rooms and charges would be levied accordingly with an extra charge.
As per the Government directives it is Mandatory for every individual guest to present a valid government identity proof having residential address at the time of Check-in. In case of foreign national, valid passport along with visa is required.
Our maximum capacity for each room is capped at three adults and one child below 5 years of age. The third Adult would be provided with a rollaway bed. Children above the age of 6 will be counted as an adult at the resort. IN case any additional adult room extensions are subject to availability.
We can offer only 6 rollaway beds at a time at the resort.
We love animals but we are not a pet-friendly property just yet.
Management expects guest to behave responsibly towards Hotel property/ Hotel Staff. If found violating the same, Management has full rights to take necessary action/ ask guest to vacant his / her room.
At the time of Check out any hotel property placed / installed in the room is found missing or damaged it will be brought to your notice and charged to your account. Management is not responsible for variables left in the resort premises.
Hazardous goods, storing of cinema films raw/ exposed, arms & ammunition any other articles of combustible or hazardous nature in guest room area is strictly prohibited. The management reserves to itself the absolute right of any admission to any person in the hotel premises and to request any guest to vacate his/her room at any moment without prior notice and without assigning any reason whatsoever. Management will remove the luggage of the visitor from the room occupied by him / her and lock the room if required.
Cooking & open flames are not permitted in the Hotel premises
The right to admission is fully reserved by the property.
The guest can store luggage in the luggage room Subject to the availability of storage space with a maximum duration of 5 Days. Resort management will not be responsible for any loss or damage to the stored luggage for whatsoever reason.
Visitors are not permitted in the guest rooms from 2000 hrs till 0700 hrs. All the visitors on arrival at the property must register with the front desk along with valid id proof.
Booking confirmation is subject to receipt of full advance amount from the guest/ their representative travel agent or tour operator. Cheques are not acceptable by the Resort Management.
In case of lock down or any interstate travel restrictions imposed by the government or natural calamity, no refunds would be made in case of any un-utilised services. No amount will be refundable in case of any cancellation.
The Applicable Tariff, packages are subject to change without prior intimation.

A full payment must be made at the time of check-in.
You can use a Credit Card, Debit Card, UPI, or Cash to make payments at essence AT LADAKH.
Modifications on the dates of the stay are subject to availability and any difference in room tariff will have to be borne by the guest.
Advance payments made to Online Travel companies (booking portals like Agoda, GoIbibo, Booking, MMT,etc) are not eligible for any refund.

30-26 Days before arrival 50% of the total amount to be deducted as per plan.
25-20 Days before arrival 60% of the total amount to be deducted as per plan.
19-11 Days before arrival 75% of the total amount to be deducted as per plan
10-8 Days before arrival 90% of the total amount to be deducted as per plan.
7 – Days before arrival no refund would be allowed.
No refund would be made in the eventuality of the reservation being cancelled / re-scheduled due to natural calamities & unforeseen circumstances etc.
Our prices are exclusive of GST which will be applied as per the rates defined by the Government.
All eligible refunds will take up to 30 days after cancellation to process.

Children up to 6 years sharing their parent’s room (without extra bed) will be complimentary as per the plan.
Children above 6 years of age would be considered as adults and extra bed charges would be applicable.
